【 摘 要 】

The paper presents the project guidelines, development stages and main benefits that are gained from the Content Management System (CMS) as applied to academic journals - Open Journal Systems. Some advices and references to the sources are included and settle the practical knowledge about the system which is particularly useful to the publishers and editors of academic journals as well as to information service staff with an advisory function in the publishing houses.
