【 摘 要 】

The article describes the experience of the members of the LABIB network related to learning and personal development within the framework of the program. We present the results of impact studies of LABIB on knowledge, competences and attitude of the participants as well as its impact on the workplace and the local environment. Also, we offer an overview of questions and interesting issues regarding learning and self-development that are available on LABIB website. Based on our experience, we briefly describe a personal time management method called Pomodoro, which is the result of workshops carried out in 2013 and 2014 during LABIB congresses.
