【 摘 要 】

Three hundred and twenty-nine Corriedale ewes, between two and six years old, were inseminated by laparoscopic method with frozen sêmen in pellet to verify the fertility with natural, induced and synchronized estrous. Sponge with 50mg of MAP was used intravaginal during 12 days, out and within the reproductive season either with or without eCG (Equine Chorionic Gonadotrophin) at the moment of removing the sponges to induce or to synchronize estrous in the ewes. The insemination was between 58 and 66 hours after withdrawal of the sponges, with at least 40% of progressive motility after thawing and each ewe received at least 50 millions total sperm per dose. The pregnancy diagnosis was performed at 40 days by ultrasound. It was observed that satisfatory percentage of pregnancy was obtained only when eCG was injectd in both out (64.91%) and within (62.11%) of the reproductive season. During the reproductive season, the results were just fair when MAP was used without eCG. With natural estrous, the percentage of pregnancy was 63.51%. In conclusion, the results showed that the intrauterine insemination with frozen sêmen in ewes with natural, induced and synchronized estrous using laparoscopy are satisfatory, in both within and out of the reproductive season when eCG is used.
