See Figure 1 legend for expansion of abbreviation. In today’s digital world, web- and social media-based resources have become increasingly utilized by health-care professionals for continuing medical education. Learners expect this content to be high in quality, freely available on demand, and presented in such a way that they can engage in meaningful self-directed learning. In response to this demand, an enormous amount of medical education content has been made available online, and much of it is produced by private individuals.
