【 摘 要 】

Introduction. This article is based on academic results, developed through the pedagogy of sustainable architecture projects in response to the construction of social and human fabric in rural areas. Objective to potentiate the identification of problems and needs around rural housing and social cohesion works. Materials and methods Different methods will be used that encourage the active participation of the community, among which are: collective or individual (focus groups, unstructured and semi-structured interviews). Results in the civil engineering program, within the substantive functions of higher education research, teaching and social projection would be strengthened through the project. Discussion taking into account that there are 56,786 displaced persons in the Cundinamarca region (National Information Network, 2011) to whom a viable solution of resettlement and social reintegration must be found. Conclusions establish a teaching-learning methodology based on problem-based learning, which allows students and teachers to provide real solutions.
