【 摘 要 】

Knowledge of energy performanceindicators is essential to substantiate investmentdecisions in energy facilities. Energy audit is theprocedure by which energy performance indicatorscan be assessed and identified measures to improvethem. Considering the share and the potential toimprove the efficiency of cogeneration sources for theproduction of thermal and electrical energy, thedetermination of their performance indicators basedon energy audits is essential for achieving the goals ofreducing energy consumption. This paper is asynthesis of the results obtained in performing theenergy audit of a cogeneration source serving anindustrial consumer. After describing the generalframework, the justification of the concern and thepresentation of the defining elements ofcharacterization of the analyzed installation, thesecond part of the paper refers to the specificities ofthe applied complex energy balance model. Next,reference is made to the methodology for obtaininginput quantities in energy balance models and massbalance sheets. The final part of the paper presents theresults obtained, the values of the performanceindicators, the measures for improving the energyefficiency and the general conclusions of the analysis.
