【 摘 要 】

Organizations are constantly faced with the challenge of managing their business processes, which involves, among others, activities of modeling, implementation and monitoring of processes. The complexity of the processes is considered as a target for improvements in order to simplify the execution of processes and reduce their error rates. This study aims to analyze the complexity of processes of a large-sized public organization of the Federal District and provide managers with inputs to support their decisions. Therefore, besides the use of metrics to analyze the complexity of the processes, a statistical analysis was performed in order to evaluate the viability of the processes around the organizational standard.
