【 摘 要 】

The paper structured in five parts, aims tohighlight the importance of an integratedmanagement as to ensure a high efficiency and asmaller time to recovery of the investment for a smallhydropower plant (SHP). In the context of sustainabledevelopment of the energy sector, due to the shortageof budgetary funds, a large amount of interests of allparticipants in the process must be correlated: theinterests of investors - which provides funding andexecution; general economic and social interests oflocal communities, the regulated legislature protectedby state institutions. First is analyzed the importanceof the study of the infrastructure energetic efficiency,in the current economic context, followed by apresentation of the optimum solutions of planning ofsuch SHP. In third chapter are analyzed some factorsthat influence the optimum functioning of the SHPand in the fourth part the benefits of a real energeticmanagement. In final chapter is presented thenumerical model of the combined management andsome obtained results. The paper ends with someconclusions and references.
