【 摘 要 】
The increase in domestic electricityconsumption have forced the power industry to examineits health. The context is: The climate change exigenciesand his threat to the survival of humanity is real; the fossilresources are mostly, politically controlled; In return, therise of renewable technologies and its the democraticgeographical distribution feature is a huge advantage: sunshines everywhere for everyone! Conclusion: mankind is atthe turning point of its energy future. And the futurepower systems sould be a tissue of intelligent energy cells. In Romania (3GW wind and 1,3GW solar - large plant)it is a fear about more renewables, special wind. One rootof this fear could be the gap between Romanianauthorities: one authorithy establish rules withoutconsidered facts and the other authority must oparate in ahostile „enviromnent”. To get an independently opinionabout these facts we’ll look on SEN. More, we had tocompare the German toward Romanian legislation in thematter of renewables. Further we compare the actual SENwith a future one that is the actual national energy systemwith an added 1,7GW photovoltaic. Here, this new addedphotovoltaic are like the other 1,3GW active now în SEN.Another step further, we will model this hipothetical SENwith new 1,7Gw, but not large but small residentialphotovoltaic cell with storages. From here two conclusionscomes out!.
