【 摘 要 】
Thisstudy focused on the development of a gas sensor module based on a highly sensitiveactivated carbon PEDOT :PSS three dimensional ( 3D conductive composite. Theactivated carbon PEDOT:PSS conductive composite was quantified by form ing it into a3D structure. The best a ctivated carbon among four types was selected in terms of thespecific surface area, pore volume , mean pore diameter and a sh content analysis . Thec onductive composite was fabricated by combining pulverized activated carbon andPEDOT:PSS. The electrical conductivity of the composite was enhanced by doping withethylene glycol and silver nano particles . A gas sensor module base was fabricated in themold and a pair of gold electrode s was fabricated on the gas sensor mod ule using an ebeam evaporator. The activated carbon PEDOT:PSS composite based gas sensor modulewas evaluated to investigate the gas adsorption performance and conductivity . In theethanol gas adsorption experiment, the highly sensitive change in the resistance of theconductive composite was confirmed. The results of the study can be useful for a varietyof bio applications.
