【 摘 要 】
Several multicriteria decision making models for solid waste management can be found in the literature. However, there are no studies on ordering of initiatives for solid waste management actions using such techniques. This study proposes a model based on the fuzzy-QFD (Quality Function Deployment) method for prioritization of initiatives in e-waste management. The computational implementation was done using MS Excel. A pilot application case was carry out in a Higher Education Institution aiming to define a sequence for implementation of initiatives in e-waste management. The results indicate that firstly common batteries should be replaced by rechargeable ones. After that, it is necessary to send waste of lamps to the original manufacturers, to create some e-waste collection points, promote waste minimizing and adopt some environmental criteria when buying computers. The proposed model can be applied to selection or ordering of waste management initiatives that involve group decision making under uncertainty.
