【 摘 要 】
In this study, methods and specimens were developed and evaluated to determine the cause of noise resulting from electrodeposition coating penetration. The noise was evaluated using various coating curing temperatures and ambient temperatures. The electrodeposition coating penetrating the gaps exhibited repeating contact, and repeating noise was observed. As a result, it was confirmed that electrodeposition coating undergoes insufficient curing at curing temperatures of 150°C or less. Furthermore, the adhesion strength of the electrodeposition coating surface tends to increase with decreasing curing temperature, thereby increasing the noise magnitude. Consequently, noise is generated by electrodeposition coating penetrating gaps when the coating surfaces are separated due to the stickiness caused by insufficient curing.
