【 摘 要 】

PurposeRetro-odontoid pseudotumor is common in elderly people and is a cause of cervical myelopathy. The goal of the study was to investigate surgical procedures, outcomes, and post-operative spontaneous regression of posterior cervical retro-odontoid pseudotumors.
