【 摘 要 】
In order to verify the formability of CWR of titanium alloy Ti6Al4V, and to study effect of parameters on the end-face quality of CWR shafts from titanium alloy Ti6Al4V. The forming process was simulated with the DEFORM-3D softwareï¼The results show that the concavity increase with the increase of length and the diameter of billet; they decrease with the increase of spreading angle; they increase firstly and then decrease with the increase of area reduction; they decrease firstly and then increase slowly with the increase of forming angle. Also the order of the influence degree of the five parameters in descending order is: diameter of billet, length of billet, area reduction, spreading angle and forming angle. And the simulation results were verified by experiments.
