【 摘 要 】

This research shed light on the winemaking activity of the town of Portezuelo, in the Eight Region of Chile. It is intended to demonstrate the permanence in the area of the wine produced in the old-fashioned way of vineyards planted with varieties of vines of Pais, and Muscat of Alexandria. However, the traditional way of cultivation little by little is lost due to technological advances and other agro-industrial activities.
