【 摘 要 】

Author describes new educational initiatives realized at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, their range and technological solutions and research methods applied. Author also emphasizes new trends emerging in Polish higher education environment, such as using of nonstandard means of knowledge dissemination and legal solutions as well as opening ofeducational resources.
