【 摘 要 】

Purpose. To develop methods for restoration of binocular vision at all working distances (5m, 3m, 1m and 0.33cm) using laser speckles.Material and methods. There were examined 42 patients with different types of concomitant strabismus (the average age: 10 years). There were no binocular vision in all patients in the study from5 meters, the number of individuals with binocular vision from3 metersin 7.1% and from1 meterin 31.1%. The method is based on the use of the Forbis device with a polaroid separation of visual fields, the Speckle-M device with a raster separation of visual fields and the test-object with a low-energy helium-neon laser speckle (green and red with a wavelength of 0.53µm and 0.65µm). Restoration of binocular vision was carried out against the background of relaxation and strain on the accommodation and using positive and negative spherical lenses.Results. As a result of the treatment the binocular vision appeared in the study at the 5m distance in 71.4% of patients, the number of individuals with binocular vision increased at the 3m distance from 7.1% to 85.7% and at the 1m distance from 31.1% to 97.6%.Conclusion. The method provides an increase in the number of individuals with binocular vision compared to traditional methods from 31.2-44.4 to 71.4%, leads to an increase of the tolerable range of the plus and minus spherical lenses associated with the binocular fusion at the same degree of convergence, as well as increases the amplitude of absolute accommodation and stereoscopic acuity. .
