【 摘 要 】
Based on the basic principles of thermodynamics and dynamics, a scheme design for opposed Hydraulic Free Piston Engine is proposed in the Thesis to readjust the hydraulic pump and solve the problem of high demand for frequency valve of Hydraulic Free Piston Engine. On the basis of MATLAB tool, establish the simulation model for Opposed-Piston Hydraulic Free Piston Engine and study the moving properties of engine to provide theoretical guidance for the research and development process. The results indicate that: the moving rule shows stage characteristics; affected by the low-voltage frequency valve, the slowly rising period occurs and affects the whole compression time; the maximum acceleration is affected by the peak value of cylinder pressure; the working capacity is affected by the frequency, the frequency change does not affect each cycle operation and there is the maximum frequency; the good synchronism is realized through controlling the low-voltage frequency valve. The simulation model is used in parameter research for Opposed-Piston Hydraulic Free Piston Engine and the simulation of systematic operating characteristics.
