细节性护理干预对降低妇科手术后留置导尿管致尿路感染率的效果观察

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of detailed nursing intervention on prevention of urinary tract infection due to indwelling catheter in patients after gynecological operation. Methods A total of 120 patients with treatment of indwelling catheter after gynecological operation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 60 cases in each group. Both of two groups were given conventional nursing care and the observation group was applied with detailed nursing measures. The incidence of urinary tract infection, rate of unplanned extubation, visual analog scale (VAS) for pain assessment and nursing satisfaction rate was compared between two groups. Results The observation group had a lower incidence of urinary tract infection, lower rate of unplanned extubation and lower VAS scale compared with the control group (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). The nursing satisfaction rate was higher in the observation group than that in the control group (P＜005). Conclusion Providing patients with detailed nursing intervention on indwelling catheter technique after gynecological surgery can significantly reduce urinary tract infection and promote physical and psychological rehabilitation.
