【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To summarize the evidence-based nursing interventions for patients with dissecting aneurysm of aorta undergoing surgical treatment.Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 30 patients with dissecting aneurysm of aorta. The evidence-based nursing interventions including blood pressure control, shock management, pain control, psychological care, circulation monitoring, airway management and prevention of postoperative complication were carried out.Results All patients received further treatment and discharged form hospital successfully. There was no severe postoperative complication observed in this stud.Conclusion The evidence-based nursing intervention is advantaged to ensure the surgical efficacy in treatment of dissecting aneurysm of aorta.
