危机管理在口腔门诊护理管理中的应用

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of crisis management in nursing management of stomatological outpatient.Methods Crisis management was established and 10 nursing staffs took part this study. A total of 220 outpatients were collected after implementation of crisis management(from April 2015 to December 2015)and another 220 outpatients were collected before implementation of crisis management(from December 2014 to March 2015). The patients’ complaints, nursing error, instrument missing were compared before and after implementation of crisis management, and the general skills of nursing staffs was evaluated.Results The incidence of patients’ complaints, nursing error, instrument missing was lower after implementation of crisis management compared with that before implementation(P<0.05). The score of general skills of nurses increased from(85.2±3.0)before implementation to(96.1±2.7)after implementation, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of crisis management can effectively improve the work ability of nursing staff and patient satisfaction.
