集束干预策略在颌面部恶性肿瘤患者术后气管插管护理中的应用

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of cluster intervention strategy in nursing of postoperative tracheal intubation of patients with maxillofacial malignant tumors. Methods A total of 44 patients with maxillofacial malignant tumors were randomly divided into the control group (n=22) and the observation group (n=22), and app the patients were conducted with the treatment of radical resection and tracheotomy. All patients were given conventional nursing, and the observation group was given cluster intervention strategy additionally. The incidence rate of complications, catheter indwelling time and length of stay were compared between two groups. Results The mean catheter indwelling time and length of stay were (28.1±7.5) hours and (10.8±2.6) days in the observation group, which were significantly shorter than (44.1±6.4) hours and (14.6±2.5) days in the control group (P<0.01). Incidence rate of complications was 4.5% in the observation group, which was significantly lower than 31.8% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of cluster intervention strategy can reduce the incidence rate of complications, shorten catheter indwelling time and length of stay in patients with maxillofacial malignant tumors after radical resection and tracheotomy.
