女性尿道综合征综合护理干预效果观察

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for female patients with urethral syndrome.Methods A total of 80 female patients with urethral syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care during treatment while the treatment group was given comprehensive nursing interventions. The overall effective rate, duration of dysuria, urinary frequency and urgency, satisfaction degree to nursing service were compared between two groups.Results The overall effective rate was higher in the treatment group than that of controls, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Patients in the treatment group had a shorter duration of dysuria, urinary frequency and urgency compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate was 90.0%(36/40)in the treatment group and was 72.5%(29/40)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the rehabilitation efficacy and nursing satisfaction for female patients with urethral syndrome.
