医护联合门诊模式提高心内科优质护理服务的研究

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the application of the high quality nursing service by using doctor-nurse united model in the outpatient clinic of cardiology. Methods 〓The doctor-nurse united model had been set up in outpatient clinic of cardiology since January 2010. In the same clinic, nurses assisted the doctor to complete the medical consulting, vital sign monitoring, health check, medication instruction, and appointment registration, as well as health education, so as to optimize the service progress. Totally 400 patients attending hospital between January 2016 and December 2016 were enrolled. Their appointment registration condition, awareness of medical compliance behavior and satisfactory on clinic service were evaluated and compared with another 400 patients attending hospital between January 2015 and December 2015. Results 〓There was an increase of appointment registration rate after implementation of doctor-nurse united model compared with that before implementation(78.00% vs. 31.50%, P<0.01). Patients achieve a higher awareness rate on medication, dietary, stopping smoking and other medical compliance behavior(P<0.01), and more satisfied with the nursing service after implementation of doctor-nurse united model(P<0.01). Conclusion 〓The doctor-nurse united model is an effective tool to improve the quality of nursing service in outpatient clinic of cardiology.
