中药湿热敷联合神阙穴位温灸在恶性肿瘤术后粘连性肠梗阻患者中的应用效果

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese herbs wet compress combined with warming moxibustion therapy for patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal cancer surgery.Methods A total of 41 patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal cancer surgery were assigned to the observation group(n=22)and the control group(n=19). Both two groups received routine care on intestinal obstruction, and the Chinese herbs wet compress combined with warming moxibustion therapy was carried out in the observation group. The TCM syndrome was evaluated after treatment. The time of hyperactive bowel sounds disappearance, defecation, anus exhaust, abdominal pain disappearance and fluid levels disappearance were compared between two groups.Results The overall effective rate of TCM syndrome improvement was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05). Patients in the observation group had a shorter time of hyperactive bowel sounds disappearance, defecation, anus exhaust, abdominal pain disappearance and fluid levels disappearance compared with those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Chinese herbs wet compress combined with warming moxibustion therapy can effectively improve the TCM syndrome and rehabilitation of patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal cancer surgery.
