【 摘 要 】

Abstract：ABSTRACT：Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle(QCC) in protecting and restraining potential risk of female patients in psychiatry department．Methods Sixteen nurses in psychiatry department were implemented QCC in 2015, the result in 2015 was compared with 2014 without implementation of QCC． And the incidence of complications for psychiatric patients was compared．Results The incidence of complications before QCC was 13.8% and decreased to 2.9% after the training．Conclusion QCC is able to reduce the occurrence of complications of psychiatric patients．.
