【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on negative emotion of patients with gastroscopy. Methods A total of 200 patients with gastroscopy were assigned to the observation group (n=110) and the control group (n=90). Both of two groups were given conventional nursing and the observation group was applied with psychological nursing intervention. The improvement of negative emotion and satisfaction degree to nursing service of patients were compared between two groups. Results the score of selfrating anxiety scale (SAS) was decreased in the observation group after intervention, and was significant lower than that in the control group (P＜0.01). The nursing satisfaction rate was 98.18% in the observation group and was 68.86% in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.01). Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the mental status of patients with gastroscopy.
