【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the PDCA cycle in quality management of nursing in physical examination center. Methods 〓Totally 123 individuals underwent physical examination between August, 2015 and August, 2016 were included. The PDCA cycle had been used as a management tool to improve the nursing quality in physical examination center since September, 2016, and another 123 individuals underwent physical examination between September, 2016 and November, 2017 were included. The nursing quality of 15 nurses and satisfactory degree of patients were evaluated before and after implementation of PDCA cycle. Results 〓Nurses achieved higher scores of nursing quality(90.25±5.04 vs.70.35±5.25, P<0.01)and service level(89.57±5.03 vs. 72.38±4.55, P<0.01)after implementation of PDCA cycle. The satisfactory degree of patients was improved from 78.86%(97/123)before implementation of PDCA cycle to 94.31%(116/123)after implementation of PDCA cycle(P<0.01). Conclusion 〓The PDCA cycle is an effective management tool to improve the nursing quality in physical examination center.
