【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the status and correlation of self-efficacy and postoprative pain self-management behaviors of total hip arthroplasty(THA)patients. Methods 〓General self-efficacy scales and postoprative pain self-management behavior Questionnaire were used to investigate 173 THA patients. Results 〓The item mean scole of THA patients’ general self-efficacy was(23.54±6.33), and was lower than international norm(P<0.01). The mean scole of THA patients’ postoprative pain self-management behavior was(21.90±4.48), which was at a lower level. The general self-efficacy was positively correlated with postoprative pain self-management behavior(P<0.01). Conclusion 〓After total hip arthroplasty, medical staff should pay attention to the self-efficacy of patients and the management of postoperative pain self-management ability to promote postoperative rehabilitation.
