【 摘 要 】

Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of folding drape on the turning over nursing for elderly patients. Methods A total of 140 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Control group was given the conventional turning over nursing, and the experimental group was given folding drape for turn over. The incidence rate of skin damage and labor intensity were compared between two groups. Results The incidence rate of skin damage in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the labor intensity of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The folding drape for turning over is better than the conventional turning over nursing, and it can effectively protect skin integrity of elderly patients.
