鸟巢式护理联合穴位按摩在预防早产儿高胆红素血症中的疗效观察

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of birdnest nursing combined with acupoint massage in prevention of hyperbilirubinemia in premature infants. Methods A total of 76 premature infants were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 38 cases in each group. All infants were put in incubators and were given phototherapy and conventional nursing. Infants in observation group were additionally given birdnest nursing combined with acupoint massage. The time to first defecation and normal yellowcolored defecation time, times of receiving phototherapy and levels of transcutaneous bilirubin (TCB) in 48, 72, and 96 hours after birth were observed and compared between two groups. Results The time to first defecation and normal yellowcolored defecation time were earlier in observation group than that in the control group (P<0.01), and premature infants in observation group received less times of phototherapy (P<0.05). The levels of TCB were lower in observation group than that in the control group in 48, 72 and 96 hours after birth, and there were significant differences in above indicators (P<0.05). Conclusion Birdnest nursing combined with acupoint massage for premature infants can reduce the incidence of hyperbilirubinemia, and the combined therapy can prevent bilirubin encephalopathy of premature infants.
