经尿道前列腺电切术的快速康复护理评价

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of nursing interventions based on fast-track surgery for patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate(TURP). Methods 〓Totally 86 patients with TURP were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the sequence of admission, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group was given nursing interventions based on fast-track surgery. The postoperative rehabilitation, bladder symptom scores and satisfactory degree on nursing service were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results 〓The time of catheter withdrawal, anus exhausting time and the time to ambulation in the observation group were shorter in the observation group than those of the control group(P<0.01). The score of bladder symptom in the observation group was lower than that of controls at 6 h, 24 h and 48 h after operation respectively(P<0.01). The satisfaction rate of patients was higher in the observation group than that of patients in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion 〓The nursing intervention based on fast-track surgery is effective to relieve the postoperative symptoms of bladder spasm in patients with TURP, and to promote postoperative recovery.
