中医辨证食疗方在老年气阴两虚型糖尿病患者中的应用

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To explore the application of TCM dietary therapy in elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with Qi and Yin deficiency. Methods 〓Totally 60 cases of elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with deficiency of Qi and Yin were enrolled and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. Both two groups received conventional drug administration and dietary control, and the TCM dietary interventions were carried out in the observation group. The clinical efficacy of intervention was evaluated at 12 weeks after intervention. Results 〓The overall effective rate of intervention was 90.0%(27/30)in the observation group and was 66.7%(20/30)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The application of TCM dietary therapy according to syndrome differentiation can help elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus patients to control the blood sugar and improve the quality of life.
