耳穴压豆配合中药外敷缓解中度癌痛的临床观察

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of vaccaria auricular point sticking and external application of Chinese medicine on relief of moderate cancer pain. Methods 〓Totally 80 patients with malignant tumor were assigned to the control group and the observation group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients with moderate cancer pain were intramuscularly injected with tramadol. The vaccaria auricular point sticking and external application of Chinese medicine were carried out in the observation group additionally, 7 days as a course. The overall dosage of tramadol usage and efficacy on pain control were compared between two groups. Results 〓The overall dosage use of tramadol was lower in the observation group than of the control group(P<0.05). The overall effective rate on pain control was better in the observation group than that of controls, but with no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion 〓The combination of vaccaria auricular point sticking and external application of Chinese medicine can effectively relieve the moderate cancer pain and reduce the use of analgesic drugs.
