【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To summarize the nursing measures for patients undergoing laparoscopic parathyroidectomy with forearm auto-transplantation.Methods The clinical data of 15 patients with laparoscopic parathyroidectomy with forearm auto-transplantation were retrospectively collected. The measures preoperative preparation, operative position and cooperative measures were summarized.Results Operations was successfully completed without nursing cooperation errors occurred. All patients received good postoperative recovery and with no severe complication.Conclusion Nursing cooperation measures including preoperative visit, operation instruments preparation, standardization use of endoscope, operative position, prevention of operation-related issues are fundamental points to ensure the operation safety.
