综合护理干预在小儿腹泻中的应用

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in nursing care of children with diarrhea. Methods A total of 80 children with diarrhea were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. Both two groups were given conventional nursing and the comprehensive nursing intervention was provided to the observation group additionally. The curative effect was evaluated, and the symptom improved time, incidence of diarrhea, urine volume and satisfaction degrees of parents to nursing service were compared between two groups. Results The overall effective rate was 97.5% in the observation group and was 80.0% in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.05). The observation group had shorter symptom improved time, lower incidence of diarrhea and higher averaged urine volume compared with the control group (P＜0.01). The nursing satisfaction rate was 95.0% in parents of children from the observation group and was 70.0% in the control group (P＜0.01). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for children with diarrhea can significantly improve the clinical curative effect and clinical symptoms.
