【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the application value of head holder in pediatric neurosurgery operation and to summarize related nursing measures.Methods A total of 30 pediatric patients undergoing craniocerebral operations were included, with heads immobilized by head holder. The circuit nurse familiarized the head holder system, checked the device before operation, put emphasis on installation and monitoring of instruments and maintenance of medical instrument.Results The head holder system worked effectively in all 30 patients, without dislocation,fixture rupturing or loosing.Conclusion Head holder system is an effective tool in pediatric neurosurgery operation. Attentions should be paid on complications and skin bruising caused by protective head holder.
