防旋股骨近端髓内针治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的康复护理

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing care of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture treated with antirotation proximal femoral nail (PFNA). Methods This study included 60 cases of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture as the research objects. All patients treated with PFNA and rehabilitation nursing interventions. The clinical efficacy and recovery condition after operation were observed. Results Of 60 patients available to assess the clinical efficacy, 22 cases with excellent result, 24 with good result, 12 with acceptable result and 2 with poor results. A total of 58 cases with healed bones and good cosmetic outcome, and 2 cases showed poor fracture alignment without hip joint motor dysfunction. Conclusion High quality of rehabilitation nursing care can accelerated rehabilitation elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture after PFNA treatment.
