【 摘 要 】

Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the application of pre-hospital emergency rescue in patients with severe multiple injury. Methods The clinical data of 72 patients with severe multiple injury was retrospectively analyzed. Thirty-two patients without pre-hospital emergency nursing were assigned to control group and 40 patients with pre-hospital emergency nursing were recruited as observation group. The death rate and survival time of dead patients were compared between two groups. Results There were 13 patients dead in observation group and 20 patients dead in controls, and the average survival time was (13.66±3.21) hand (7.83±2.36) h, respectively. The death rate was higher in observation group than that of the controls (32.5% vs. 62.5%, P＜0.05). Conclusion Pre-hospital emergency nursing can reduce death risk of patients with severe multiple injury.
