【 摘 要 】

Article reviews the history of special regulations on cybercrimes and its development, internationals and domestic legislation, achievements of Georgia in fighting cybercrime, which makes the issue actual. Main aspects are the state’s methods in fighting crime and government’s approach to share the experience of world leading countries, to develop it. Permanently retrain officers of cybercrime divisions in order to obstruct transnational crime to influence on the economy of the state, public security and development of the next generation.
