【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of trifarious valve PICC for breast cancer patients with indwelling catheter in healthy limbs, and to summarize the nursing methods. Method A total of 60 breast cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy in our hospital were selected as research objects, and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. And patients in both groups implemented indwelling catheter in healthy limes. The observation group was given comprehensive nursing, and the control group was given conventional nursing, complications, edema in upper limb, and recovery of limb function in healthy limbs were compared. Results Patients in both groups had successful catheterizing. And there were significant differences in complications, edema of upper limbs, and recovery of limb function in healthy limbs after catheterizing in two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of trifarious valve PICC for breast cancer patients is significant, and nursing should be strengthened to ensure catheterizing effect.
