【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of peer evaluation and video monitoring on the implementation situation of the core regulations among nightshift nurses. Methods A total of 60 nightshift nurses who worked in blocking wards of psychiatry department between January 2013 and September 2013 were included in this study. A pilot run with peer evaluation and video monitoring was performed between April 2013 and June 2013. The program was officially launched between June 2013 and September 2013. The peer evaluation outcome before implementation, during pilot run and after officially launched were observed and compared. Results A total of 56 nurses were available for evaluation. The  peer evaluation score was improved during and after implementation (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). The score of core regulations was increased from 80.53 before implementation to 93.47 after implementation. Conclusion Peer evaluation and video monitoring can improve the implementation situation of the core regulations among nightshift nurses.
