【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of targeted psychological intervention for leukemia patients with chemotherapy.Methods Totally 78 leukemia patients with chemotherapy were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 39 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing care during chemotherapy, and the targeted psychological intervention was carried out in the observation group. The emotion status and treatment compliance were assessed and compared between two groups.Results Patients in the observation group received a better result in assessment of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)compared with those in the control group(P<0.05). the treatment compliance rate was higher in the observation group than that of controls(P<0.05).Conclusion The targeted psychological intervention is potentially effective to relieve the negative emotion and improve the treatment compliance in leukemia patients with chemotherapy.
