预见性护理干预在骨科护理中的应用

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To analyze the effect of foreseeable nursing intervention on nursing for patients in department of orthopedics. Methods A total of 180 patients in department of orthopedics were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Both groups were treated with conventional orthopedic nursing, and the observation group was treated with additional foreseeable nursing intervention. Satisfactory degree toward nursing, hospital stay and the incidence rate of complications were compared between two groups. Results The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was 21.1%, which was significantly lower than 44.4% in the control group (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference of hospital stay between two groups, but the satisfactory degree toward nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion Implementation of foreseeable nursing for patients in department of orthopedics can obviously reduce the incidence of complications, increase the satisfactory degree toward nursing and improve the quality of life of patients.
