【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To analyze the clinical nursing interventions for puerperal women. Methods Clinical materials of 88 postpartum women with natural childbirth from January 2015 to December 2015 were divided into control group and observation group, 44 cases in each group. The control group was given routine clinical nursing interventions and health education, while the observation group was given clinical nursing interventions. Postpartum was lasted to 45 d after delivery.  Puerperal condition was compared between two groups. Results The observation group was significantly better than the control group in postpartum milk secretion and appetite, lochia discharge and height of uterine base as well as incidence rate of complications (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical application of nursing interventions for puerperal women can improve appetite and milk secretion, promote uterine involution and lochia discharge, and reduce the incidence rate of postpartum complications.
