【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To establishment the nursing quality sensitivity index and to investigate its value in the cleaning of endoscopic instruments. Methods 〓Totally 9 125 pieces of endoscopic instruments cleaned between July, 2017 and September, 2017 were selected as the control group. Another 9 210 pieces of endoscopic instruments cleaned between October, 2017 and December, 2017 were selected as the observation group. The routine management was adopted to monitor the cleaning effect in the control group, and the nursing quality sensitivity index was used in quality management of endoscopic instruments cleaning in the observation group. The cleaning effect of endoscopic instruments was compared between two groups. Results 〓The qualified rate of cleaning was 97.98%(9 024/9 210)in the observation group and was higher 87.43%(8 000/9 150)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓the establishment of nursing quality sensitivity index is potentially effective to continuously improve the quality in endoscopic instruments cleaning.
