穴位按摩对直肠癌结肠造口患者负性情绪及生活质量的影响

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint massage on negative emotion and quality of life in the patients with rectal cancer undergoing colostomy. Methods 〓Totally 90 rectal cancer patients undergoing colostomy were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. Patients in both two groups received routine nursing and health education, and those in the observation group were given acupoint massage additionally. The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS), Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)score and World Health Organization's Quality of Life Questionnaire(WHOQOL-100)score were compared between the two groups before intervention and 3 months after intervention. Results 〓The score of SAS and SDS were decreased in both two groups 3 months after intervention, and were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05). Patients in the observation group achieved higher scores in WHOQOL-100 assessment compared with those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion 〓Acupoint massage can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression status of patients with rectal cancer, so as to improve their postoperative quality of life.
