心肺复苏标准化考核对提高急诊护士团队合作能力的效果评价

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the standardized assessment of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)to improve the cooperation ability of nurses in emergency department. Methods 〓Totally 72 nurses as the research objects were trained with new teaching model consisting of theory teaching, subdivisional practice, comprehensive analysis and simulation training feedback. The CPR procedure was carried out in the form of team combat and the training effect was evaluated by CPR standard assessment. The standardized assessment score, nurse team scale(NTS)score and score of first-aid ability of emergency nurses were observed and compared before and after training. Results 〓The standardized assessment score was(80.48±5.42)before training and(93.20±1.25)after training, with a significant difference(P<0.01). Nurses achieved higher scores in all dimensions of NTS after the training(P<0.05). The scores of judgment ability, emergency coordination and emergency ability were higher after the training compared with those before the training(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Training model based on CPR standardized assessment is effective to improve the cooperation ability of emergency nurses.
