【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of active warming intervention on hypothermia in general anesthesia patients. Methods 〓Totally 60 patients undergoing surgery with general anesthesia were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients of both two groups received routine care during surgery, and those in the study group were given the active warming intervention. The nasopharyngeal temperature at time after anesthesia(T1), 30 min after surgery onset(T2)and at the end of surgery(T3)were observed, and the incidence of postoperative shivering was compared between two groups. Results 〓The nasopharyngeal temperature of patients in the study group was lower than that of controls at T1,T2 and T3, respectively(P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative shivering in the study group was lower than that of controls(20.00%vs. 73.33%, P<0.05). Conclusion 〓It is required to carry out active warming intervention on hypothermia in general anesthesia patients, so as to reduce the risk of postoperative shivering.
