【 摘 要 】
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of nursing interventions by nutritional guidance group on nutritional status of patients with radical resection of rectal carcinoma.Methods A total of 60 patients with radical resection of rectal carcinoma were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routing nursing care on dietary, and the intervention group was given systematic nursing interventions by nutritional guidance group. The outcome of nutritional risk Screening 2002(NRS 2002), body mass index(BMI)and levels of relative biochemical indicators were assessed at admission, 1 day before operation, 8 days and half year after operation, respectively.Results Patients in the intervention group had lower score of NRS 2002 and higher BMI compared with those in the control group at half year after operation, with significant difference(P<0.05). Patients in the intervention group had lower levels of hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c)and triglyceride(TG), and higher level of high-density lipoprotein(HDL)compared with those in the control groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Nursing interventions by nutritional guidance group can improve the nutrition status and quality of life in patients after radical resection of rectal carcinoma.
